How much hair do I need?
It is very important that you have at minimum 1/4 inch of hair with preferably 2 weeks of growth. This is very important because you will not get a clean wax and everything will not be able to be pulled by the wax if it is not long enough.

We want to make sure everyone gets the best experience possible. For your appointment we have allotted a specific amount of time just for you. So please be on time. If you will not be on time please give us a call ASAP in order to try to accommodate you. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will need to reschedule you. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early that way you have enough time to fill out the consent form if you haven’t already and time to use the restroom and prepare. This will also give you time if you get a little lost.

Make sure you have at least ¼ hair growth.
Many people take a pain killer prior to their appointment.
Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment will make the hair easier to pull
You will be required to fill out the waxing consent form.
After:
Discuss any products you have or will need in order to accomplish and maintain your waxing needs.
Avoid extreme heat for at least 24hours.
Do not exfoliate for at least 24 hours after. But make sure you are exfoliating consistently after that to avoid ingrown and get rid of any discoloration
Make your next appointment for 4 weeks to keep the best possible results. And do not shave between appointments.

Sugaring is an organic form of hair removal. It is a cold paste that is made only of sugar, water, and lemon. It is cold and warms up to your body temperature that way you can never be burned.

If you are taking a retinol orally or any other form of acne medication orally (ie Accutane) you will not be able to wax. If you are taking any acne products topically you cannot wax the areas you are using it on (ie your face).

Due to the areas that are waxed Cleanliness is very important to us. Therefore please plan accordingly, we also have cleansing wipes available if needed.
We only use one stick per dip. We NEVER double dip and we use all hospital grade cleaners before and after each person.

We understand that life happens. So we try to be accommodating to everyone. If you have a problem for whatever reason please give us a call immediately.
Our cancellation policy is set to understand that all parties time is valuable.
You can reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time and you may only cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advanced. If you have a late cancellation (anything before 1 hour of your appointment time) you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you call and cancel in the 1 hour window before your appointment time you will be charged a 75% of the service fee. If you do not show up at your appointment and have no called you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of the service price.

We stand by everything that we do. Although there are times that mistakes are made or things might get missed. We ask that you look and request any changes during your service and we will make that accommodation. If you see something that needed a change/ hair missed please give us a call within 3 days and we will get you in to fix anything needed for free of course.
